If it were your child, who would you want to send?
Most people answer that without having to think about it. Everyone in one of these operations is somebody’s child. Adults included. Getting them out is slow work — months of pattern development, corroboration, and documentation before a prosecutor can act on anything. It is the part of counter-trafficking with the least natural funding, because nothing about it photographs well.
That is what contributions to ATLAS fund.
Monthly giving matters more here than in most organizations. Cases run on timelines we don’t control. Predictable revenue lets us commit in month one and remain on a case in month nine.
