SOF and IC veterans
We hire almost exclusively from within our own network: people we’ve deployed with, trained with, or fought alongside. That’s not exclusivity for its own sake. A résumé and two interviews cannot tell you how someone behaves at hour thirty of a bad day, and we can’t afford to find out on a live case. If you’re not already in network, tell us who is.
Active-duty law enforcement
If you have a case in the jurisdictional gap, or you want to know what we can develop and hand you, this is the line.
Aftercare and survivor services
Our work is only worth doing if there’s somewhere for people to go afterward. If your organization provides housing, treatment, legal services, or long-term support, we want to be on your referral list and you on ours.
Equipment, technology, and services
Data tools, analytics, secure communications, legal services, logistics, travel, and equipment. In-kind contributions from firms in these categories routinely do more for us than a check of equivalent value.
